Expand your T cell research with confidence
The BD Horizon™ Human T Cell Backbone Panel consists of an optimized configuration of core markers specifically designed to expand your research with recommended fluorochrome drop-ins and enable flexibility in panel design without compromising resolution.
Now you can focus more on incorporating additional markers to expand your panel and spend less time worrying about spillover and spread or its impact of new fluorochromes.
BD Horizon™ Human T Cell Backbone Panel Kit contains a set of markers that can be combined with up to five additional fluorochromes without impacting resolution
| Marker | Clone | Fluorochrome |
|---|---|---|
| CD3 | UCHT1 | BVS10 |
| CD4 | SK3 | BV786 |
| CD8 | RPA-T8 | R718 |
| CD45RA | HI100 | PE-Cy7 |
| CD197 (CCR7) | 2-L1-A | BV711 |
BD Horizon™ Brilliant Stain Buffer is included to provide optimal reagent performance

High Performance
- Strategically designed to be complemented with up to five drop-in markers with no resolution impact to the backbone or the selected drop-ins
- Verified protocols to ensure optimal performance
- Consistent performance across instruments with different optical configurations
Performance
Performance of backbone panel including drop-in configurations
Applications
Identification of FoxP3+ Treg subsets
B) Clear resolution of all the subsets of interest was observed on fixed and permeabilized PMBCs from N = 3 healthy donors. Samples were acquired on a 4-laser BD FACSymphony™ A1 Cell Analyzer and analyzed with FlowJo™ Software v10.8.1.
Upregulation of inhibitory receptors
